[KABA-DC] ⏳One week left! Early Bird tickets for KABA-DC’s Summer Reception

The countdown is on! There is exactly one week left to secure your Early Bird tickets for our 2026 Summer Reception. Join us on Thursday, June 4, from 6:30 – 9:30 PM at the stunning La Vie DC at The Wharf to celebrate our community and kick off another year of professional growth and connection. We have extended our venue time at La Vie DC - the reception will now run until 9:30 PM to allow for more networking and conversation.

Early Bird tickets are available at this link: $35 for members, $50 for non-members, and $80 for the Early Bird Bundle (event ticket and membership) if you sign up by Thursday, April 30.  

After that, Regular Registration rates will apply: $50 for members, $65 for non-members, and $95 for the Regular Bundle (event ticket and membership).

We are also honored to announce that Judge Jason Park of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia will be our keynote speaker this year.

Judge Park was appointed to the D.C. Superior Court bench in 2019. He currently sits in the Criminal Division, presiding over a calendar comprised exclusively of serious felony matters, including homicide and sexual assault cases. Judge Park co-chairs the Court’s judicial evidence training committee and the IT steering committee. He is also an Adjunct Professor at the Georgetown University Law Center, where he teaches criminal procedure.
