KABA-DC Mentorship Program
Thank you for your interest in the KABA-DC Mentorship Program! We have an excellent group of enthusiastic law students, recent graduates, and experienced attorneys alike looking to establish professional connections, receive advice on career development, and share their knowledge and expertise.
The Mentorship Program opens up each calendar year for a registration period in the spring leading up to the summer. A Questionnaire will be circulated via email and website announcements, where your profile will be matched between Mentors and Mentees by Practice Area/Interest and Years of Experience. Once the application closes and pairings are matched, the Program is officially kicked off during our annually anticipated Summer Reception, where we recommend Mentors and Mentees attend and meet in person to connect with one another and other legal colleagues in DC.
We hope the Mentorship Program continues to act as a platform to connect the DC Korean American legal community, and foster long-term meaningful relationships beyond what's taught in law school and the conference room. We thank each and every participant for playing an important role in establishing the conduit of success within the highest tiers of our profession, and pride in not only our own individual achievements, but our cultural victories and milestones as well.
